Our Impact

We add value.  We ground our belief on the paradigm that all of our leaders are capable and can achieve whatever goals they may set for themselves.  We achieve an ideal environment, both inside and outside of the classroom, to empower our leaders of their own learning process.  Not only by overcoming their academic challenges but also by taking on any of our co-curricular activities, we give our students the opportunity to be leaders in different areas of their school life.

We take our time to choose our staff.  We provide quality education centered on a wide spectrum of co-curricular activities.  Our teaching staff is professional, dedicated, loyal, committed, leaders of their lives, and devoted to their craft.

We incorporate the Leader in Me process in our daily school life.  We insist in providing our leaders with the skills to thrive in the XXI century. These skills will later allow them to take on any challenges that may arise, both in their professional and personal lives.  Our goal is to educate proactive leaders who have a clear end in mind, who always putting first things first, who think win-win above all, seek first to understand then to be understood, who synergize with their peers to find third alternatives, and who understand the importance of sharpening the saw to find balance in their lives.

We provide measurable results.  St. Mary’s takes pride in educating men and women who are leaders of their own lives and who will go out into the world make a lasting difference.  We instill social and spiritual values in our leaders which will then reflect good conduct and effective performance among their peers and people they may encounter.

We create a harmonious environment.  We take pride in having a school community in which fellowship and happiness prevails among our students, staff, and families.  We build an environment of trust and familiarity between parents and teaching staff of all levels with the end in mind of maintaining coherence allowing for open and sincere home/school communication.

“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself.  When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.”
